The treatment of vitiligo depends on the extent of involvement and also on the current activity status of the disease. A surgical procedure for correction of patches should be undertaken only when the disease has been inactive for at least 6 months for good results.. But you can meet a qualified dermatologist who an guide you properly. Homeopathy is a scam. Studies published in USA and UK have shown homeopathy is ineffective. Homeopathy has no side effects because it has no effects. I understand vitiligo is a long term chronic problem and hence patients get frustrated and look for all possible options . My sincere suggestion would be to follow allopathy as recommended by your doctor. Get an online consult privately with pictures or meet a dermatologist directly for a proper evaluation of the condition. Hope this was helpful.
