VITILIGO in mr both thighs

Asked for Male, 31 Years

It was started just before a month with small white patches in my both thighs it was not stable their was no history of vitiligo in my family i already tired MOMATE cream & TACROZ 0.1% for two week no improvement it getting spread.My dermatologist prescribed for Melgain lotion in morning & tacroz 0.1% in nigh & T.Ascozinc for 1mont will it work please suggest me a solution..

vitiligo can be controlled with tablets and creams are available which are supposed to be combined with phototherapy that is sunlight. unless we control the immune process which is destroying your melanocytes, the progress will not stop. please call me or send photos using online consult option of your current patches so that i can start treatment for you. Only creams cannot give results. Melgain is useless in my experience.
