Greetings. How did this start? was there any redness and scaling ?
This is vitiligo, which is an autoimmune condition and will need continuous treatment for a few months. Kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you. If you are getting new patches, you'll also need oral medications for few months to achieve control. If the patches are not improving despite many months of treament and if you have seeen no new patches in six months to 1 year , then surgical treatment is also an option.
