Vitcofol should be given on empty stomach or about 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
Vitcofol can cause constipation
Shelcal can be taken before or after food, it's absorption is more if taken with food.
Ideally vitcofol can be given 2 hrs after breakfast or lunch
Shelcal can be given immediately after breakfast or dinner
