I have vitamin b12 deficiency and my homocysteine levels are high 84. Can I take vitamin b12 supplements? Will it reduce my homocysteine levels? Pls help

INJECTION RENERVZ ONE AMPLE IM AST ( AFTER SENSITIVITY TEST)ON ALTERNATE DAY FOR TEN DAYS IE FIVE INJECTION.THAN BIWEEKLY FOR TWO MONTHS.
