Recently Diagnosed: Vitamin d3 Deficiency (started Uprise d3 60k from 20th August 2021 - weekly dose & b complex tablets on daily basis) --- Levels Vit D - 18.01 & B12 - 565 -
Its been 3 weeks i am taking uprise d3 60k tablets/week -- still feeling weak nd tired feeling
...How long do I need to take Uprise d3 60k - for how many weeks to correct my d3 levels & can I take b complex tablets on a regular basis for how long?...heard that needs to take k2+magnicium along with uprise d360k for better absorb! ...please advise..

Vit d treatment course if for 3 months once a week. After 3 months you have to stop it for a month and get your vit d levels tested. If they are in normal range you don't have to worry about further treatment. Also weakness can be due to various causes long term vitamin d can be one of them. You will need to consult with a doctore regarding which one of the causes could be yours depending upon your clinical findings and history
Next Steps
In case the range is still low after 4 months you have to repeat another 3 months treatment followed by 1month rest then repeat vit d test
