Sir,which time is best for getting vitamin D from sun in India, and how much time required for exposure to sun?

According to guidelines , the mid of thr day is the best time to get vitamin D from sunlight. For a light skinned ppl, 15 mins exposure is sufficient while for a dark skinned person , a couple of hours may require.

Best time is early morning when sun rays are coming.but u can expose any time in a while day when rays appears.
