Vitamin D .
Hello , I am suffering from back pain from 20 days . It is paining at middle back pain at left side .my vitamin d is 26.7 after taking 60k sachet for 2 week (once per week). Kindly help me with it.

Take muscle relaxant and rest if neede go for Physio wr ask them to teach back strengthening exercises

It’s probably because of cervical spindylosis for which further evaluation is needed It’s completely solveable problem if everything is done correctly nothing to worry about You need to do correct form of exercises only No Physiotherapy per say
