Vitamin D deficieny
My father had knee pains since few months. The pain will be more after getting out of relaxation. He is under medication for High BP which had hit few years back and is normal now but still taking medication. He is not diabetic. When diagnosed below are the details found suspicious. Vitamin D total - 12.87 ng/ml Calcium - 8.46 mg/dl TSH - 6.46 uIU/mL HbA1c - 5.7% Is there any medication that should be taken to put these numbers at normal. Kindly assist. Thanks in advance.

There is deficiency of vit d and cal, showing early  hypothyroidism Yes in ayurveda there is remedies to treat it, the Best source of vit d is morning sun rays at free of cost, cal can improve by taking food item like milk, dahi mattha, spinach, paneer etc and about thyroid you have to take medicine and some precautions it can correct as it is in early stage

Yes you can Vit D supplement (C.Uprise D3 60k units once a week for 4 weeks )and get your revaluated after a month.Also diet rich in vit d will help.Also calcium is borderline ,for which you can C .Shelcal once a day for 15 days and get revaluated.If your father is 60+ then these are not suspicious

Hii Just root out basic cause for vit D deficiency His thyroid value is more than upper limit He is hvng hypothyroidism Thyroid is curable by Homoeopathy If u start allopathy for thyroid then like Bp tab... u hv to take allopathy for thyroid lifetime But if u r taking Homoeopathy then basic root cause will be vanish
