My father had knee pains since few months. The pain will be more after getting out of relaxation. He is under medication for High BP which had hit few years back and is normal now but still taking medication. He is not diabetic. When diagnosed below are the details found suspicious.
Vitamin D total - 12.87 ng/ml
Calcium - 8.46 mg/dl
TSH - 6.46 uIU/mL
HbA1c - 5.7%
Is there any medication that should be taken to put these numbers at normal. Kindly assist.
Thanks in advance.

There is deficiency of vit d and cal, showing early hypothyroidism
Yes in ayurveda there is remedies to treat it, the Best source of vit d is morning sun rays at free of cost, cal can improve by taking food item like milk, dahi mattha, spinach, paneer etc and about thyroid you have to take medicine and some precautions it can correct as it is in early stage
Yes you can Vit D supplement (C.Uprise D3 60k units once a week for 4 weeks )and get your revaluated after a month. Also diet rich in vit d will help. Also calcium is borderline ,for which you can C .Shelcal once a day for 15 days and get revaluated. If your father is 60+ then these are not suspicious
Hii
Just root out basic cause for vit D deficiency
His thyroid value is more than upper limit
He is hvng hypothyroidism
Thyroid is curable by Homoeopathy
If u start allopathy for thyroid then like Bp tab... u hv to take allopathy for thyroid lifetime
But if u r taking Homoeopathy then basic root cause will be vanish
