Vitamin D deficiency
My Vitamin D levels in a very recent check up are indicated at very low level pf 5.5ng. Also, my C reactive protien, was at 8.4 How much worried should i be? And what is ypur advise to get it on balance? Please advise, its killing me.

You need not worry so much. Low vitamin D is a very common condition and a surprisingly high number of people have levels less than 10. Its treatment is simple in the form of capsules taken once  a week. CRP levels by themselves do not mean anything. It needs to be correlated with other reports and will require you to be  examined.
