You should start  Vit D (sachet or Capsule or tablet) 60000 units per week. You should continue it for many years. In addition you should have exposure to sunlight for at least half an hour per day. You should check Vit D3 levels again after a year or two.

Supplements are meant to be additive to the natural source. They just handle the deficiency and if you have to maintain it at normalcy you need to take sunlight (before 10-11 AM preferably) for 15-20 minutes daily. Supplement it with heavier dose. Consult at your convenience.

D3 must 60k once a week for 6 months. Sun exposure between 11-2 with at least 15-20% of body area exposed for at least 30 mins daily.

Your problem is less exposure to sunlight. Sit or walk in sunlight every day between 11 am to 1 pm
