My Vit d levels are 8.51 ng/ml, is this the cause of tiredness and joint pains?
Can you please suggest any good supplements and how I can increase the levels.
Calcium, Folate, Vit B12 are normal

Inj form of vit d will be better ...but you can take both ...
Why don't you add something to your diet that you don't need to take these suppliments regularly... Yolk , fortified cereals and orange juice ...
