I recently had a Vitamin D test done. My vitamin d level is 10.4 which is way less than the normal range of above 30. Should I go for vitamin D injection or tablet? Which is the most effective and fast working and what would be the cost for both?

Vitamin D is an essential nutrient that plays an important role in many body functions, including supporting growth. The body can make vitamin D when direct sunlight converts a chemical in the skin into calciferol, an active form of vitamin.
Vitamin D also found in many foods including
Oily fish, such as salmon, mackerel, tuna
Egg yolks
Cheese
Mushrooms
Fortified foods including some breakfast cereals, orange juice, soy drinks and margarine
