Vitamin d deficiency
I have vitamin deficiency.my vitamin d level is 11.5 only.20 days ago i am tested for it i didn't take any supplements yet,can any one prescribe me supplements for get back my level up?

Hi wlelcome - I understand your concern . For vitamin D deficceincy you have to conmsume more amount of this.. All animal foods like2 pcs eggs, fish 100gm,some sea foods, chicken ,lean meat etc atre helpful.. also take some morning or light level of sunlight which is the one of the best source of vitamin D to make strrenthen bones/cartiledges. etc.. Avoid Ultra violet rays but best wuality sullight good. also all green s green leav\fy vegetables,soya, all legumes are also helpful. cod liver oil also good.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to take inj. Uprise D3 6 lakh IU once a week for 5 weeks. Along with this, tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. You need to get adequate sun exposure daily for about 20 minutes with at least 20 percent of the body surface area exposed. Cap. Neurobion forte once a day after food for 20 days.
