Vitamin d deficiency
I have been suffering from deficiency of vitamin d due to which i have back pain as well.please suggest me what are the best sources of vitamin d that i could take through diet.i am lactose intolerant so is there any other kind of milk which i can take instead of cow milk?

vitamin D is produced by the body in response to skin being exposed to sunlight. It is also occurs naturally in a few foods including some fish, fish liver oils, and egg yolks and in fortified dairy and grain products...increase taking above products and you can take tablets as well... Consult nearest physician for clinical examination and for investigations they will do the needful.
