Vitamin D deficiency
I have a very bad lower back pain from the past 2 weeks. Got my Vitamin D test done. Its just 7.93 Deficiency in vitamin D Cacitrol sachet. How do I take it? Does it have any side effects I am a kidney donor too.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Proper Sun exposure daily is needed. At least 20 percent of your body surface area needs to be exposed to sun for at least 20 minutes a day daily. Tab. D3 rise sachets once a week by dissolving in water for a year. No side effects. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
