Vitamin D deficiecy

Gastric issues. Concentration issues. Onion Nd milk allergy. Tension Nd stress. Recently took vitamin D test. Except vitamin D every thing fine. Took medication for gastric. Not resolved completely.

Hello There. I can understand your concern, avoid foods that do not suit you. over all have a high protein diet,drink lots of water. high fiber foods. avoid oily and spicy foods as much as possible. if you are over weight, you need to lose weight. have food at regular intervals and instead of three full meals have 5 smaller meals. do not sleep immediately after food. tab. pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination can be taken half an hour before food. take inj. uprise d3 6L once a week for 5 weeks. tab. supracal pro once a day after food for a month. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain

Hi...., If you're lactose intolerant, try substituting yogurt for milk. Or use an enzyme product to help break down lactose. Consuming small amounts of milk products or combining them with other foods also may help.... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger gastritis.  Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make gastric worse....
