Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned please take (1st cal-CT) tab for vitamin D and take (Neurobion FORT TAB) for vitamin B deficiency.Both should be once a day.

Try to expose body to natural ⛅ after bath and try to eat foods rich in vitamin b complex and calcium.
