My father's age is 47 and he is facing a problem regarding VITAMIN B12, He lacks vitamin B12 in his body because f that he gets skin problems and the skin gets dry and it pains a lot.

With age B12 absorption declines due to lack of inrinnsic factor in stomach lining helping its absorption . Take a lot of b12 supplements, food rich in B12. If needed injectable b12 will by pass stomach.
