Vitamin b12 deficiency
Sir I am a veggie I have vitamin b12 deficiency 136 pg/ml according to CLIA method( in this method below 145 pg/ml only is defieciency) ..can I have the renerve plus injection (methyl cobalamin 1000mcg) I have migraine for which i'm consuming tablets prolol20mg and amicon 10mg daily..and I have IC problem....I'm afraid of the side effects of taking renerve plus injection daily that it might end up in overdose..but I'm suffering a lot because of this deficiency ..AND I HAVE PUT WEIGHT.Please HELP

In my opinion do homeopathy which is safest !
Proper nutrition is necessary!
Take organic supplements instead!
Homeopathy will help u to come out of all ur problem!
