Vitamin B12 deficiency
My vitamin B12 level is: 183. I have stopped eating non veg because i have high cholesterol. How do i increase vitamin B12 naturally? Are there any side effects in taking vitamin B12 supplements?

There is no as such high risk of taking vitamin b 12  supplements. You can take that. VITAMIN b 12 is mostly found in animal.products like meat, eggs, fish, even milk has some content. Every green leafy vegetables do have some but not a rich source. Best is to take supplements and long with proper diet
