It seems you have vit B12 deficiency. Are you vegetarian or non vegitarian? Accordingly add fish,eggs or fortified breakfast cereals, milk in your diet.

This  symptoms  come  only  when  there  is deficiency  of vitamin B12. Along  with  vitamin B12 SUPPLEMENTS you need to take  homeopathic  medicines.
