Vitamin B12 & D deficient
My vitamin D levels are 5.99(normal range-30+) and Vitamin B12 are 212( Normal-211-911), hemoglobin -15.3. Symptoms are fatigue, tired even after sleep, memory and concentration problems. Are my symptoms due to vitamin D deficiency and B12 is also at the lowest point of Normal. Can Vitamin D deficiency affect sleep, memory and also cause fatigue? Also to mention i am taking cholecalciferol tablet 60000 IU for last 1 week and getting some relief. Also when i sit under the sun for sometime i feel more energetic. Please advise whether taking Vitamin B12 and D supplements could solve the problem.

Hi, vitamin B12 deficiency is common in pure vegetarians. But yours reports showing normal range values. Take healthy green leafy vegetable diet, eggs etc. Avoid outside food, spicy foods, junk foods. Always take home food. Drink more water. Continue taking supplements. Do regular exercises, yoga. Try to develop healthy habits.
