Vitamin B12 age 26
For my age what could be the normal range for Vitamin B12.?? I did my blood test it was 220 but doctor said it's too low for your age all your symptoms are due to this. And he asked me to take B12 injection. I had one injection but I am still facing symptoms. He ordered me 5 injection from when can I see its effects?

The normal levels of vitamin B12 at your age are 200-900 pico grams. And compared to the above level your vitamin levels are at the lower level and for that your doctor.might have told you like that and you need to take supplementation of vitamin B12.
