Vitamin b 12 deficiency
Hi i have vitamin b 12 deficiency and having many symptoms of low vit b 12. i had taken the test. what medicine should i take and how long.. which food i should take and avoid. plz help me get through this.. it stressed me a lot

Vitamin B12 deficiency usually noticed in vegetarians. Some time may be associated with poor absorption or concomitant medications which can reduce vitamin B12 level.
Whether all the symptoms you have is due to Vit B12 deficit is not clear. If nutritional and non Veg take vit B12 containing food. Other wise need inj methyl cobalamine. Better consult a near physician or through practo.

•take vitamin-B12 injection everyday for a week and then alternative day for the next week, then every 3-4 days for the month
• and then continue the injection once a month

Tablet Supradyn once daily for one month. Follow proper diet with lots of fruits and leafy vegetables. If it is fine with you, a non vegetarian diet would be recommended.
