Vitamin A storage method
Have mistakenly kept the vitamin A concen trate liquid In sunlight for 20 minutes..it was winter sunlight...does it reduces the potency..also the syrup was In a steel container and the steel container was in a plastic box

Sunlight affect the quality of vitamin A ... It's better to preserve them in dark place ... And keep take fresh from diet..

Hey, Don't keep any medicine like this in sunlight Kindly read the label If it says to keep it in dark or in light or have particular temperature keeping for it follow that guidelines To keep it avoiding spoiling its quality

It is a fat soluble vitamin so ,it won't damage but plastic containers may create some toxic so better shift it in glass bottle. You can consume it.
