Vit b12 iron deficiency
Hi doc my master health record showed that my vit b12 is 194 and iron 15 but haemoglobin is 13. My lymphocytes is 19.9. Am taking tonoferon tonic.... 5ml post lunch.... How long should I continue????

Well if you are taking tonoferon you can take it for a month more after your Haemoglobin comes to normal for extra reserves of the body. Eat well. Exercise daily for atleast 30-40 min.Do visit our clinic for further assistance..☺

If your hemoglobin is normal then you should not take it. Only take b12 capsules daily for a month to build up reserves. You should check your hemoglobin every 6 months to check for mensesb induced anemia
