I’ve been seeing visual auras with no other migraine symptoms. They seem to coenside with some of my more problematic symptoms of depression (lack of motivation or interest, inability to focus) and dizziness.
Are these just migraines? And is there anything I can do about it?

They can be episodes of acephalgic migraine. They can be easily controlled with medications. But serious causes needs to be ruled out first. Consult your nearest neurologist.
