Viscose veins
On my left caves I have viscose veins..can it b cured...there is no pain but it looks blue n can't wear short dresses

Some life style changes is necessory in this disease like sitting posture should be elevated leg position, during sleep you should keep pillow below the heel, take massage with Murivenna oil (if not available you can take musturd oil with garlic fried and small peice of kapoor) at bed time direction of massage must be down to upword for 10 minuts... some oral medication helpfull for strenthining the vessels .. Hi there.. varicose veins is pooling of blood in veins due to many reasons like block in blood flow or backpressure, weakness of blood valves, long standing... it leads to engorged tortuous veins in lower limbs.. avoid standing long, wear stockings in daytime, do leg muscle exercises which improves muscle strength and when muscle contracts pushes blood further not allowing for pooling up.. please consult nearby surgeon once..
