The COVID-19 virus spreads through air only. However based you're scenario, the risk of transmission is minimal. Please be careful next time and maintain Covid-19 appropriate behavior.
Health Tips
1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol if soap and water are not available. 2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands 3. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. 4. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. 5. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces. Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and other people, particularly those who are coughing, sneezing and have a fever. 6. Wear cloth face coverings such as a mask in public settings, especially where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. 7. Ensure regular hand washing with soap and potable water after touching animals and animal products 8. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with hands; Avoid contact with sick animals or spoiled animal products. 9. Strictly avoid any contact with other animals in the market (e.g., stray cats and dogs, rodents, birds, bats). 10. Avoid contact with potentially contaminated animal waste or fluids on the soil or structures of shops and market facilities. 11. Avoid consumption of raw or undercooked animal products: Handle raw meat, milk or animal organs with care, to avoid cross-contamination with uncooked foods, as per good food safety practices.
