My marriage talks are going on with a doctor and he says that i should bleed on first night
Is it necessary to bleed for the first time as I have heard cases where women doesn't bleed for the first time

See bleeding due 1st intercourse or 1st night is not necessary.
Don't worry too much
1st night is for romance and love making so don't spoil it.
As u said he is doctor so he can understand that bleeding is due to hymen breakage but it's not essential part.
If girl did fingering than also hymen was breakage

If he says that you should bleed on the first night then he may not be a Doctor.
You should also do a little bit of investigations at your level.
