Viral wart below the left knee cap
I have this from last 1 or 2 years. Its size and shape has been same and haven't changed. It is roughly 4-5 mm in size. Went to dermatologist, he told me that this is a viral wart and have to remove it so that it doesn't spread. I was though poor in hygiene but never had any significant health issues. Earlier when I used to work for a long time, I have felt itching and have scratched it and it bleeds but not much. Again it recovers in a day or two. Now it doesn't itch at all, but if I scratch I can see a little blood. But it recovers quickly. The surface feels rough and sometimes after bathing it feels soft. I have Scratched a few times but it has never spread. The doctor told me that if it's bothersome it can be removed with excision. Will it stop recurrence? The other two doctors confirmed that it is wart. Kindly suggest the treatment options for it. Thank you.

This doesn't look like a Wart. It looks like a benign tumour definitely. 2 options: get it removed and forget about it since it won't cause any harm OR get it removed (excision biopsy) and get the tissue examined to confirm what it is
