Slight burning sensation in left eye for past 4-5 days. Started medicine from today which include dendrigel, moxitobea, systane, homide viroguard. Is the treatment sufficient?

Any history of fever? Also this needs a detailed slit lamp evaluation with corneal staining. Please consult for immediate treatment.
