It may be because of dry eye. Use lubricating eye drop refresh tears 4 times a day. Blink frequently. Keep yourself hydrated Sit away from direct air of ac Follow 20.20.20 rule that is after every 20 min of work on laptop take a 20 sec break and focus on any object that is 20 feet away
