Viral fever with loose mo
My daughter 1 year 4 month old suffered with viral fever my doctor advised me to give para 250 every 4 hours gap for first 3 days..my question is at the 2 nd day my baby have loose motion two times is it normal plz advice me thanks in advance

Give paracetamol for the fever if required, feed baby well, if required you can give some pediatric ors and zinc, see to that baby passes urine, no antibiotics required, should settle
