Viral fever or typhoid

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My reports are attached .I am taking medicines for 5 days ,but no significant improvement is felt.please suggest me should I change medicine ? Is it a viral fever or typhoid ? Please not ,I suffered typhoid with same reports, 3 months ago .
