  4. Viral fever. Without confirming malaria!

My 26 month old daughter weighing 9.5 kgs is suffering from fever since 4 days.. Today is the 3rd day am using antibiotic cefixime 5ml and sumocold 5ml..fever is little reduced but for every 6 to 7 hrs again starting and going upto 101 degrees. On d first day only she complained headache and legs pain. Today v went to dctr again he gave Lari antimalarial drug and asked to continue antibiotic for 2 days more. she doesn't have vomits motions cough and chills. Can I use dat lari without malarial blood testis it safe to use for 2 yr old baby without confirming malaria
