Viral fever and severe sting jn heart.

I am suffering from vomtings body pains severe mysclepain from head to toe and temprature is going high in the evenings and pains to took medication it's been 3 days and I feel like aging 1st days puked in the morning again taking ors I am worries I am taking pyrigesic which is 1gm and it's not relived I am travelling abroad next week need suggestion last few days I got many test done as when ever i eat its painjgn under my left chest whole region till heart ultrasound was normal cholestrol was 250 left was normal echo was normal and pus cells in urine was 8_10 I have retaken blood and urine test on Sunday I have attached reports tell me if I need to continue same meds as its heavy dose or can someone suggest me solution of antibiotic and for cholestrol and chest pain Previous doc gave me course for 3 months Tosuvas ,subtilis for 15days ,pantodazc for 2months I have stopped since Sunday as I am taking medications of fever ... Please suggest
