Vineagr white or red
Hi My Dad is has Diabetes, taking insulin. He has blood pressure and creatinine is 2.2 and heart pumping is 50%. Suggested for Angiogram but due age (79) factor didn't proceed with it. My question is Can my father have white, red vinegar in his daily food or can we use it moderately. Please suggest, this would be very helpful. Meanwhile please suggest good diet for him. Thanks in advance

For medical diet it is required to plan the diet as per the reports, as all it based on constitution ( Vata/pit/ kapha) better to go as per the requirement of a person.
