Vibration or itching in cheek
I can feel vibration kind of sensation n have itchy feeling when ever I eat or sometimes at any time of day ...also it's not in full cheek just a vein which I can feel ...had impacted tooth removed and rct also

You have not mentioned how long back extraction was done. Symptoms could indicate irritation of the nerve. Consult an oral surgeon.
