Myself 32 years male, when i touch my upper and lower teeth i feel sense of vibration in my upper head and in gums...What could be the reason

Hi. This might be due to sensitivity in your teeth. Sensitivity happens due to loss of the outer layer of our teeth and exposing of inner layer.
