Very very severe ovulation& gastric pain

My wife has been experiencing ultra severe unbearable ovulation pain since last 30 months. The pain lasts upto 3 days & after wards she suffers severe gas pain in her stomach, chest, back portion & lower back. The pain is so unbearable that she keeps crying & yelling all day. The ovulation pain is more bitter & occurs every 2 hours & lasts upto 30-50 mins for all three consecutive days of ovulation. The ovulation pain ends on third day & then the gas pain kicks in. It also occurs every 2-3 hours & lasts upto 1 hour. The gas pain continues upto 7 days. Every month she is in so much pain for 10 days ( 3 days ovulation pain + 7 days gas pain). Rest 20 days she is fine. We have consulted so many gynaecologist but every doctor says that there is no cure but pregnancy. We have been married only 4 months. Please help She is in critical condition & her condition is worsening now.She had to leave a gazzetted post govt job due to her problem. She has lost hope.  Please please help us doctor.
