Severe Gastric problem during periods
Please advice what to intake as my wife is having severe pain in stomach during periods but it is not menstrual cramps. It is gastric issue. Having burning sensation.

Consult directly online for further management as i need further details. If you mean to say burning epigastrium and vomiting feeling then it could be gastritis for which she cn use digene syrup 1tsf twice daily
