Hello doctors i am 20 year old male and my height and weight is 5ft9 and 53kg.My problems that my bones are not devloped full they are like 14 yead old boy.My bones is extremly thin.My wrist in only 5.9 inch which is even smaller than girls wrist.My hands are also small its even smaller than girl who have 5ft3 height.i have fat in body but still looks very thin due to bone structure.Everybody in my family have good thick bones.Even my big brother have good tall and thick bones.He is 6ft .and my father is 5ft11 and mom is 5ft3.Even my sister have larger hands than me and her bones are also good.how i can devlop my bones and increase their density.
