Whenever I do any new work or talk with any new persons I'm very much tensed. How do I get normal.Im a deep thinker & daily I used to think nearly 16 hrs

No problem with your deep thinking..But it needs to be channelised in right direction and it should not evoke anxiety...Got it...do yoga, meditation..even play sports to gather together your thought processess .. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...Your performance and social anxiety will be taken care of...ok
