Asked for Male, 30 Years

Iam frequently getting very small warts in my throught area, when save that time small warts 5-8 are visible, warts are very small, sometimes I remove with my fingers and put Termaric powder to stop the bleeding... Warts are very small I can't even put /apply any ointmnet...
