Idealy the urine output should be at least around 30ml/Hr. Considering any absence of pre existing renal or kidney dysfunction, it may be possible that she had suffered an acute Kidney Injury which may be due to many reasons of which common ones [ which not necessarily be in this case ] are Dehydration, Sepsis, Drug Induced , Toxins , Metabolic etc. The prognosis of Acute Kidney injury is good as the inflicting cause if treated succesfully, the idney may recover without any residual damage. Trust your Doctors and leave the problem to them. They are trying hard to revive her condition. On a background of Stroke, she is not an easy candidate for finding quick solution for any complication.
