I am currently 31weeks pregnant With very high Triglycerides 573mmg/dl And total cholesterol -230mg/dl vldl 113 Rest all fine lft kft cbc blood sugar ldl hdl all normal Do I need to take medicine for it?

More details are required. Your blood pressure? Your pre pregnancy weight ? High levels of TGis may be linked to a condition called preeclampsia. I would suggest alter your dietary habits such as avoiding white bread , cereals, sweets, cookies. Consume fruits, whole grain foods, high protein sources.
