Very dry and pigmented face

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Doctor, mine is very dry and sensitive skin especially face and it has become darker than body. Suggest me a good cream to use for moisturizing as well as removing pigmentation.. I am using a sunscreen of spf50 in morning and cetaphil cream at night..
