Very dark lips as I know
I have very dark upper lips since childhood with so many wrinkles in top layer of lips. I have done laser 4 times 1 time chemical peel and 1 time dermaroller treatment. But still I couldn't see any results. My lip size is huge am planning for lip reduction treatment. If I do reduction sugery, pigmentation and wrinkles also will go away from lips? Or this darkness stay forever even if I try any dermatological treatment?any side effects will be there? Please advice. I have added my lip photos for reference
